The Pennsylvania Department of Human Services, Office of Developmental Programs, invites you to participate in the statewide Everyday Lives Conference. Three days of collaboration, education, and innovation that celebrate the everyday lives of and empower individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.


Who Should Attend and What is the Registration Rate?

Support professionals, clinical professionals, students, individuals with disabilities, families, and caregivers participate in the Everyday Lives Conference. Registration rates start at $60 for a single day, $160 for the full event, and discounts and full and partial scholarships are available.


Who Should Exhibit and What is the Registration Rate?

Organizations with products and services of interest to professionals working with and individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities are invited to participate in the Conference. More than 1,200 attendees are expected. Exhibitor set-up will be on Tuesday, January 7, from 1 p.m. to 6 p.m. and breakdown will be on Thursday, January 9, at 1:30 p.m. The registration rate is $250 and includes one

table, two chairs, a wastebasket, admission for two to plenary sessions and conference meals; no breakout sessions are included.


What Topics will be on the Conference Agenda?

Engage with more than 25 professionals, experts and pioneers in workshops, breakout sessions, panels and keynote sessions. Topics include Supporting Families, Caring for Individuals with Complex Needs, Cultural Competence, Education, Future Planning, Advocacy, Dual Diagnosis and much more!


How Can I Make a Hotel Reservation?

Sleeping Room reservation can be made with the Hershey Lodge through the link on the conference website or by calling 855.729.3108. 


Make your reservation by December 18 to receive the discounted rate. Accessible rooms are in short supply. If not available at the Hershey Lodge, the Hilton Garden Inn (1.8 miles from Hershey Lodge) may have accessible rooms available. Call (717) 566-9292.
